Celeste was designed to refine the morning toast ritual, an everyday moment that should feel simple and quietly satisfying. Toast is rarely the focus of attention, yet when it goes wrong, it disrupts a routine built on ease.

Celeste doesn't try to reinvent that ritual. It refines it.

At first glance, Celeste feels calm and composed. Its form is soft yet precise, designed to sit naturally on a countertop without demanding attention. The proportions are deliberate and the surfaces uninterrupted, allowing it to blend into daily life rather than compete with it. Celeste is meant to be present, not loud.

Celeste starts by paying attention to the overlooked details that shape the morning toast ritual. Its enclosed form allows heat to circulate evenly, removing guesswork and delivering consistent results. The interaction is clear and deliberate, letting the user focus on their morning rather than the appliance. Cleaning is treated as part of the experience, made easy and intentional to prevent buildup over time and keep the product feeling fresh and hygienic.

The design translates this philosophy into a series of intentional functional and material choices:

Minimal Touch Interface: A refined touch panel minimises visual clutter, offering clear, intuitive control without unnecessary complexity. The interface recedes when not in use, maintaining the product's calm visual language.

Removable Bread Basket: A dishwasher-safe bread basket ensures a hygienic and clean cooking environment for toast. It can be easily removed and cleaned, preventing crumb buildup and ensuring a top-notch, consistent experience every time.

Premium Components & Materials: High-quality components ensure longevity and reliable performance. Modern materials are chosen not just for durability, but for their ability to command presence on the kitchen countertop.

Rather than looking like a typical toaster, Celeste is designed as an object that belongs in the kitchen. When not in use, it rests quietly, maintaining a clean visual language that complements the space around it. It's designed to age well, both in durability and appearance, becoming a familiar part of the routine rather than something replaced quickly. By removing small frustrations and refining how the product behaves, it turns a repeated daily action into a reliable and satisfying experience.
